Is the South Carolina Commission on Prosecution Coordination still conducting trainings during the COVID-19 pandemic?

ANSWER: Yes. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Commission has developed and implemented a plan for converting live trainings to an online virtual format not previously offered.  This has allowed prosecutors, diversion coordinators and victim advocates to receive critical information relating to COVID-19 and the performance of their responsibilities.  Additional virtual trainings to obtain required continuing education credits have been scheduled and continue to be planned.  For information about future trainings, please contact Amie Clifford (aclifford@cpc.sc.gov) or Jennifer Aplin (japlin@cpc.sc.gov) by e-mail or by phone at (803) 343-0765.
